Loyalty app, done for you
Bringing back a customer who already knows you is usually easier than winning a new one. A loyalty app turns a one-off purchase into a habit: rewards build up on the phone, and offers go to the people who are genuinely interested in them.

What the “Loyalty app” project includes
The solution scope we usually plan for a project — the final feature set is fixed at the brief.
Digital loyalty card
A QR code or number in the app replaces the plastic card — the customer shows their phone and the cashier scans it in a second.
Flexible rewards mechanics
Points on purchases, status tiers, stamps like “sixth coffee free” or rewards for referring friends — tailored to your model.
Point-of-sale connection
Points are earned and redeemed right at checkout, and the purchase is automatically added to the customer's history.
Segments and personal offers
Separate offers for lapsed customers, birthdays or fans of a particular category — without manual selection.
Push notifications
Reminders about expiring points, new promotions and reached status tiers arrive straight on the phone screen.
Program reports
See how many points were earned and spent, how often members return and which promotions perform best.
We launch a loyalty app: points, cards, promotions and push reminders. Rewards build up on the customer's phone, offers arrive on time. POS integration.
Who needs a loyalty app and rewards programme
A loyalty programme works where customers have a reason to come back: coffee shops, bakeries, salons, fitness, neighbourhood stores, dry cleaners. If someone buys from you once every few years, rewards are unlikely to change their behaviour. But with frequent purchases, even a small benefit and a reminder at the right moment help them choose you over the place next door.
A standalone app isn’t always necessary. If you have one location and a simple mechanic — say, every tenth purchase is free — a digital card added to the phone’s wallet or a messenger bot will do. A full app is justified when you need status tiers, personalised offers, prepaid ordering or several locations with a shared rewards database.
Loyalty app development cost: what drives the price
The first factor is the mechanic. Simply earning points on every purchase is more straightforward than a multi-tier system with statuses, expiring points, a referral programme and promotions on specific products. Every rule has to be not only programmed but also protected against abuse: limits on redemption, checks for suspicious transactions, a clear log for disputed cases.
The second, and often the weightiest, factor is integration with your POS or accounting system. If the POS can exchange data, earning points is built right into the checkout process; if not, the cashier needs a separate screen. The estimate is also affected by customer segmentation, automated notification scenarios, the number of locations and the choice of format: a native app, a PWA or a digital card.
How we launch a loyalty app
First of all, we work out the economics together: what share can be given back as rewards without hurting your margin, when points expire, what the customer gets for signing up. A good programme is clear at first glance — if the rules have to be explained at the till, nobody will use them. That’s why we simplify the mechanic before design starts and decide in advance how the programme will look at every point of sale.
Once the rules are approved, we develop the app, connect the POS and check point accrual with test purchases. Before launch we prepare the cashiers: they need a short line to invite customers to install the card, and materials at the till with a QR code. After launch we watch how customers sign up and spend their rewards, and adjust promotions so the programme benefits both you and your customers.
This is custom development, done for you: we run a brief, describe the features, design around your business logic, and agree the design, timeline and estimate before work starts. We take on the architecture, development, integrations and launch.
Cost and timeline depend on the scope — we estimate individually for the task, not from a single price list. After launch we stay in touch: support, improvements and product development.
Build your project and see the estimate
Choose the type, the features you need, the design tier and the timeline — you’ll see a preliminary price range and duration. We fix the exact estimate after a short brief.
What matters in the “Loyalty app” project
We build the solution around what actually moves your business and your processes — not for the sake of it.
A digital card instead of a plastic one — always on the customer's phone
Points awarded right at the checkout, with no queue or manual records
Personal offers based on purchase history, not a blast to everyone
Abuse protection: limits, expiry dates, redemption checks

Questions about the “Loyalty app” project
Can we migrate customers and points from our old plastic-card program?
Yes. We migrate the customer base and point balances, and customers link their old card by phone number without losing what they've earned.
Will the program work if we have several locations?
Yes. Points are shared across all locations, and reports show activity for each one separately. Promotions can run across the whole chain or at a single location.
Do customers have to install the app?
Not always. Besides the app, we can offer a digital card in the phone's wallet or a web version — so people who don't like installing apps can take part too.
Loyalty app: how much does it cost, done for you?
The price depends on the scope: we estimate by features, design and timeline. Describe the task in the calculator on this page to get a “from–to” range, and after the brief we fix the exact estimate. Payment in stages.
Who owns the code and the result?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, we hand over the source code, access and documentation. Support and further development can stay with us — by agreement.
