Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the webfora.io website and the provision of WebFora (Dmytro Manzhula) services for building and maintaining websites on subscription. By placing an order and paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms.
1. Who we are
- Services are provided by Dmytro Manzhula, a private individual, address: Λεωφ. Αρχ. Μακαρίου Γ', Larnaca, Larnaka 6017, Cyprus ('WebFora', 'we'). Contact: [email protected].
- WebFora is a 'done-for-you website + ongoing care' service for local businesses: design, development, hosting, SSL, edits, SEO and automation within the scope of the chosen plan.
2. Services and plans
- The scope of work is defined by the chosen plan and the service descriptions on the website. We build a website for your business and maintain it on subscription.
- The indicative time to the first version of the website is around 7 working days from receipt of the necessary materials and access.
- We may refine and improve the services; material changes to a plan's scope do not reduce what you have already paid for.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
- Payments and subscription sales are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders: it processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, is responsible for paying taxes (including VAT) and for handling refunds. On your card statement the charge may appear as 'Paddle.net' or 'Paddle.com'.
- Prices are listed on the 'Pricing' page. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes — the final amount including taxes is shown at checkout in Paddle.
4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
- The subscription is monthly or annual and renews automatically at the end of the paid period until cancelled. The first month may be offered at a special price.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time — via the link in your Paddle receipt email, in the Paddle customer portal, or by writing to us at [email protected]. After cancellation, access and services continue until the end of the already paid period, and automatic charges stop.
5. Refunds
- Refund conditions are described in the separate Refund Policy (/legal/refund). A money-back guarantee applies within 14 days of the first payment.
6. Obligations of the parties
- You provide accurate materials, copy and access, and confirm that you have the right to use them. You do not use the services for content that is illegal, fraudulent or infringes third-party rights.
- We provide the services in good faith and with reasonable care, and keep your data confidential.
7. Domain, content and intellectual property
- Your domain remains yours. The content you provide remains yours; you grant us the right to use it to provide the service.
- Rights to the website delivered to you as part of the service belong to you for the duration of the subscription; third-party components and templates we use are licensed under their owners' terms.
8. Warranties and liability
- The services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee specific business results (search rankings, number of enquiries), as these depend on many external factors.
- To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services over the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses.
9. Governing law and changes
- These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus; disputes are resolved by the competent court at our place of registration, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable law.
