Payment and subscription
How much does a website cost?
There is no one-off price — subscription only. The first month of Start is €29 at cost, then from €39/mo: the price includes the website, hosting, SSL, support and minor edits. The control panel, blog and SEO promotion come with the Growth plan (€129/mo).
Are there hidden fees or taxes?
No hidden fees. At checkout the payment provider may add your country’s VAT — the final amount is always shown before you confirm, and you receive an invoice for every payment.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, yearly payment is better value — two months free (you pay for 10 months instead of 12).
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time — the difference is prorated.
Launch
How fast will you launch the website?
We show the first version within 1–2 days on a subdomain; the full launch on your domain takes about 7 days: brief → design → edits → migration and SSL.
What do you need from me to launch?
The minimum: a short questionnaire about your business (services, prices, contacts) and photos, if you have them. The rest — copy, structure, design and the technical side — is on us.
When is payment taken?
The subscription starts when you place the order — that is when the work begins. A money-back guarantee applies: if the result doesn’t satisfy you within 14 days, we refund you.
Domain and ownership
Are the domain and website mine or yours?
The domain and all content (texts, photos, client base) are yours forever. The website runs while the subscription is active: it includes hosting, support and updates.
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
Cancel anytime, no penalties. The domain stays with you and we hand over the materials and content. The website stops being maintained and hosted by us after the end of the paid period.
I already have a website — can you take it over?
Yes. Start with a free audit: we will show what is worth improving and propose a plan — a redesign or a migration that preserves URLs and rankings.
Edits and support
How do I request edits?
In your client cabinet: describe what to change and we do it for you. The number of free edits depends on the plan; complex tasks are estimated separately by your manager and agreed with you before the work starts.
Can I edit the website myself?
From the Growth plan you get a self-service editing panel: change texts, prices and services in a couple of clicks. On Start, we make the edits for you on request.
Which languages is support available in?
Support in 5 languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
SEO and promotion
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No — and don’t trust anyone who does: Google controls the results. We do what influences them: technical optimisation, local SEO, your Google Business profile, content — and show the progress in clear reports.
Can the website be in several languages?
Yes — we build versions of the website in your audience’s languages (for example PL/EN/UA), translated and adapted with AI and checked by the team.
Cancellation and refunds
How does the money-back guarantee work?

Is there a minimum subscription term?
