Integrations & automation, done for you
If a manager copies website leads into a spreadsheet and an accountant reconciles payments by hand, you're paying staff to copy data. We connect your systems to each other so information flows on its own and people can focus on customers.

What the “Integrations & automation” project includes
The solution scope we usually plan for a project — the final feature set is fixed at the brief.
Process and data map
We describe which systems you have, what data is moved between them by hand and where automation will save the most.
Website and CRM connection
Requests, calls and orders from your website automatically create a deal with its source and are assigned to the responsible employee.
Accounting system sync
Products, stock, prices, invoices and payment statuses sync between your website, CRM and accounting system without manual exports.
Payments and documents
After payment, the order status updates automatically, an invoice or receipt is generated, and the customer immediately gets an email confirmation.
Messenger notifications
The team instantly learns about a new request, payment or failure in the work chat, and customers receive order status messages.
Logging and error monitoring
Every exchange is recorded: if an external service is unavailable, the data is resent and the person in charge is notified of the problem.
We set up integrations and automation: we connect your website, CRM, payments, messengers and accounting software. Routine on autopilot, data in one place.
API integration services: ready-made connectors or custom development
Many connections between popular services can be handled by no-code automation builders, and for simple scenarios that’s a good option: a form submission lands in a spreadsheet or a team chat. If your task fits such a scenario, we’ll tell you so and help set everything up without unnecessary development. Setting up a ready-made connection usually takes hours rather than weeks and doesn’t require a developer’s ongoing involvement.
A custom integration is needed when there’s a lot of data and mistakes cost money: syncing products and stock with an accounting system, complex conditions for creating and updating records, a chain of three or four systems. Also when a service has no ready-made connector, or the automation builder’s fees grow with the number of operations and become a noticeable expense. In such cases your own integration works predictably, and its logic can be tailored precisely to your process.
Integration and automation cost: what it’s made of
The first factor is the number of systems and data flow directions: one-way transfer of requests is simpler than two-way synchronisation, where data changes on both sides. The second is the quality of your services’ application programming interfaces (APIs): some are well documented, while with others the connection has to be investigated and limitations worked around. Sometimes an older program has no interface at all, and the exchange is built on scheduled file exports.
The third factor is the volume and cleanliness of the data. If the same customer is recorded differently in different systems, you first need to agree on matching rules and clean up the database. We account separately for error handling, an exchange log and monitoring: without them, an integration works while all is well and silently breaks at the first failure. People usually find out not right away, but when a customer has already failed to receive an order or an invoice.
How a business automation project works
We don’t start with code but with analysis: how a request, order or payment moves today, who does what by hand, where errors happen. Based on that, we draw up a process map and suggest what to automate first. Sometimes the most noticeable effect comes from one or two connections rather than a large-scale overhaul of everything. That way you see the benefit sooner, and the budget goes to the connections that save the most time.
We test integrations on test data and only then switch them to live data, keeping parallel manual checks for a while if needed. External services update regularly and change their connection rules, so as part of support we monitor failures and adapt the connections to changes so the automation doesn’t stop. We add new connections as you adopt new services and processes.
This is custom development, done for you: we run a brief, describe the features, design around your business logic, and agree the design, timeline and estimate before work starts. We take on the architecture, development, integrations and launch.
Cost and timeline depend on the scope — we estimate individually for the task, not from a single price list. After launch we stay in touch: support, improvements and product development.
Build your project and see the estimate
Choose the type, the features you need, the design tier and the timeline — you’ll see a preliminary price range and duration. We fix the exact estimate after a short brief.
What matters in the “Integrations & automation” project
We build the solution around what actually moves your business and your processes — not for the sake of it.
Data is entered once and appears in every system that needs it
Reliable syncing: failures are logged and retried, not silently lost
Team notifications about requests and payments in the messaging app you already use
Process review first — we automate what genuinely saves time
Let’s discuss your project: Integrations & automation
Describe the task in a short brief and we’ll come back with an estimate of scope, timeline and cost. Free, no obligation.
What the project includes
The full cycle — from idea and design to launch and support, by one team with a transparent estimate.
Questions about the “Integrations & automation” project
Which systems can you integrate with?
Any that allow data exchange: via an API, file exports or database access. We check what a specific system can do during the brief, before the estimate.
What happens if one of the services stops responding?
No data is lost: requests are queued and resent, and the person responsible is notified of the failure.
Can we automate our work without replacing our software?
Yes, that's usually how we do it. We connect the systems you already use, without forcing your team to switch to new ones.
Integrations & automation: how much does it cost, done for you?
The price depends on the scope: we estimate by features, design and timeline. Describe the task in the calculator on this page to get a “from–to” range, and after the brief we fix the exact estimate. Payment in stages.
Who owns the code and the result?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, we hand over the source code, access and documentation. Support and further development can stay with us — by agreement.
We also build websites for others in the “Custom solutions” niche
