Custom development, done for you
Some tasks have no ready-made service or template: pricing calculated by your own formulas, an internal tool, a non-standard customer portal. We get to grips with the logic of your business and turn it into working software.

What the “Custom development” project includes
The solution scope we usually plan for a project — the final feature set is fixed at the brief.
Analysis and specification
Together we describe the rules, exceptions and scenarios — resulting in a document that shows what will be built and how to verify the result.
Interactive prototype
A clickable mockup of the key screens lets you test the logic with employees or customers before investing in development.
Calculation modules
Price calculators and configuration or plan selectors based on your formulas and reference data, which can be changed without a programmer.
Internal tools
Work panels for staff built for a specific operation — tracking, planning, quality control — instead of spreadsheets with manual formulas.
Integration with your systems
The new solution exchanges data with your website, CRM or accounting, so results don't have to be moved by hand.
Logic documentation and guides
Documentation of the calculation rules and a user guide help you train staff quickly and develop the solution further with confidence.
We take on non-standard tasks with no ready-made solution: a service, pricing module, calculator or integration — designed around your business logic.
Custom software development: when off-the-shelf won’t do
Before building something from scratch, it’s worth checking whether there’s a ready-made tool that covers the task, at least in its main part. Often there is, and then the right move is to configure the existing solution. We do this check during the brief and tell you honestly if you don’t actually need development. Better to spend an hour on an honest review than months on software that already has a ready-made alternative.
Custom development is justified when your value lies precisely in non-standard logic: your own way of calculating prices, a special production process, an unusual model of working with customers. Off-the-shelf products will force you to simplify what sets you apart in the market, or will pile up awkward workarounds. Your own software follows your rules exactly and grows with the business. Rules that change often are moved into settings, so you don’t have to call a developer for every tweak.
How the cost of a custom software project is estimated
A non-standard task has no price list, and an honest estimate starts with understanding the logic. The scope depends most on the number of rules and exceptions: a calculator with three parameters and a system that handles dozens of conditions differ many times over. User roles, integrations with other systems and reporting requirements add work. What an error would cost also matters: the more expensive a wrong calculation, the more attention goes to testing.
If the task is still vague, it makes sense to split the project: first comes an analysis stage with a prototype, which results in an accurate development estimate. That way you don’t risk your budget blindly, and we don’t build uncertainty into the price. The calculator on the page gives a guideline, and after the review the cost is fixed by stages. The analysis results stay with you and are useful even if you decide to postpone development.
Stages: from idea to a working tool
Work begins with talking to the people who will use the solution and reviewing real examples: the calculations, documents and spreadsheets you work with today. From them we produce a description of the logic and a prototype. This is the easiest stage to catch contradictions and edge cases, while fixing them costs almost nothing. We show the prototype to those who will work with the solution every day — their feedback is usually the most accurate.
Then come short iterations: we regularly show interim results so you can see how the description turns into a product. Before launch we check the calculations against your reference examples. Business rules change over time, so after handover we stay on for support and help adapt the solution quickly to new conditions. If needed, we train your staff and help move work that used to be done in spreadsheets onto the new tool.
This is custom development, done for you: we run a brief, describe the features, design around your business logic, and agree the design, timeline and estimate before work starts. We take on the architecture, development, integrations and launch.
Cost and timeline depend on the scope — we estimate individually for the task, not from a single price list. After launch we stay in touch: support, improvements and product development.
Build your project and see the estimate
Choose the type, the features you need, the design tier and the timeline — you’ll see a preliminary price range and duration. We fix the exact estimate after a short brief.
What matters in the “Custom development” project
We build the solution around what actually moves your business and your processes — not for the sake of it.
We define the task and the rules first, then write the code
Business logic documented so that it's clear not only to developers
A prototype to test the idea before investing in full development
The solution plugs into your current systems instead of living on its own
Let’s discuss your project: Custom development

Questions about the “Custom development” project
What if we can't describe the task precisely yet?
That's normal. We start with an analysis stage: we ask questions, go through your examples and write up a specification ourselves for you to approve.
Can you improve software that was built by other developers?
Often, yes. We first study the code and documentation, then give an honest assessment of what makes more sense — improving it or building from scratch.
How long does a non-standard project take?
Timelines depend on the complexity of the logic and the number of integrations. We give them after the analysis and fix them in a plan broken into milestones.
Custom development: how much does it cost, done for you?
The price depends on the scope: we estimate by features, design and timeline. Describe the task in the calculator on this page to get a “from–to” range, and after the brief we fix the exact estimate. Payment in stages.
Who owns the code and the result?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, we hand over the source code, access and documentation. Support and further development can stay with us — by agreement.
