Booking platform, done for you
For businesses that sell time or space: specialist services, rentals, tours, events. The platform tracks available slots, takes prepayments and reminds customers on its own — and you see your capacity weeks ahead.

What the “Booking platform” project includes
The solution scope we usually plan for a project — the final feature set is fixed at the brief.
Available slots calendar
Customers see an up-to-date schedule that accounts for service length, breaks and days off, and book a suitable time themselves.
Resources and schedules
Each specialist, room or rental property has its own schedule and capacity — the system won't allow double bookings.
Prepayments and deposits
Full or partial online payment when booking, with automatic refunds according to the cancellation rules you set.
Customer reminders
Emails and messages with a confirmation, a reminder before the visit and a rescheduling link reduce no-shows.
Occupancy dashboard
The administrator sees all bookings by day and resource, adds bookings manually and blocks time for internal tasks.
Calendar sync
Bookings are pushed to staff work calendars and accepted from other channels, so the schedule stays unified.
We build a booking platform: schedules, payments, reminders and capacity management. For services, rentals and events. Done for you, end to end.
Booking platform development or a ready-made booking tool?
A single professional or a small studio with simple services is usually well served by a ready-made online booking widget: it’s quick to connect and covers the basics. Simple service booking is also available on websites in our subscription. A custom platform is needed when the booking logic is more complex than a calendar with free slots. It’s important to work this out before starting, so you don’t pay for a complex system where a simple one would do.
For example, when several linked resources are booked at once — a specialist, a room and equipment — or there are group places with limited capacity, nightly rentals with seasonal pricing, packages and memberships. Or when you need your own platform where people book with several companies. Ready-made services require workarounds in such cases, while your own platform works by your rules. Plus, you don’t depend on a service’s limitations and pricing plans, which can change at any moment.
Booking platform development cost: what it depends on
The key factor is the scheduling model. Booking one specialist for a fixed time is far simpler to design than booking several linked resources with different durations, buffers between sessions and group capacity. The more rules the system has to handle, the more scenarios need to be thought through and tested. That’s why we start with a detailed description of how your schedule works today and what exceptions it has.
Next comes money: prepayments, deposits, promo codes, gift cards, refunds based on cancellation terms. Channels matter too — website, app, bookings from partners — as does syncing with external calendars. If people will book with several companies, partner dashboards and settlements with them are added. We account for all of this in the estimate after the brief. If needed, we split the project into stages so core booking goes live sooner.
How we design booking without double bookings
A double booking is the most unpleasant error for a service like this: the customer arrives, and the spot is taken. That’s why, already at the design stage, we describe all the rules — when a slot is locked, how long an unpaid booking is held, what happens when it’s rescheduled. We test these scenarios separately, including simultaneous attempts to book the same time. We also think through how an administrator resolves disputed cases: rescheduling a booking manually, freeing up a spot or issuing a refund.
Existing bookings and the customer base are migrated before the switchover, so there’s no period with two schedules. In the first weeks we keep a close eye on payments, cancellations and notifications. As part of support we add new services and resource types, change rules for the season and refine whatever customers and administrators ask for. The platform grows with the business: a new location or a new service format doesn’t require rebuilding the whole system.
This is custom development, done for you: we run a brief, describe the features, design around your business logic, and agree the design, timeline and estimate before work starts. We take on the architecture, development, integrations and launch.
Cost and timeline depend on the scope — we estimate individually for the task, not from a single price list. After launch we stay in touch: support, improvements and product development.
Build your project and see the estimate
Choose the type, the features you need, the design tier and the timeline — you’ll see a preliminary price range and duration. We fix the exact estimate after a short brief.
What matters in the “Booking platform” project
We build the solution around what actually moves your business and your processes — not for the sake of it.
No double bookings: a slot is locked the moment it's booked
Prepayment or a deposit, so customers don't disappear without notice
Flexible rules for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Utilization of resources — specialists, rooms, equipment — on a single screen

Questions about the “Booking platform” project
Can we migrate existing bookings from another system?
Yes. We migrate upcoming bookings and the customer base, so the switchover happens without lost bookings or duplicates in the schedule.
What happens if a customer cancels a booking?
The rules you set apply: up to what point cancellation is free, how much of the prepayment is refunded and when the slot becomes available again.
Is the platform suitable for rentals and events?
Yes. We design the booking model around your format: hourly or daily rentals, event seats, group classes or a combination.
Booking platform: how much does it cost, done for you?
The price depends on the scope: we estimate by features, design and timeline. Describe the task in the calculator on this page to get a “from–to” range, and after the brief we fix the exact estimate. Payment in stages.
Who owns the code and the result?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, we hand over the source code, access and documentation. Support and further development can stay with us — by agreement.
